Third Eye Chakra Tea

Heat water to 212˚

Use 1-2 tsp. of loose tea

in your favorite infuser.

Steep to taste,

anywhere from 5-10 minutes.

Pairs well with a squeeze of lemon

and/or a dab of honey.

Fun fact:

Due to its high acidity level,

a bit of lemon juice

will turn this blue tea into purple tea!
