• All orders are shipped from Germantown, WI.

• We currently ship within the USA only.

• Orders are processed for shipping during normal business hours,

         Monday-Friday/9am-5pm, excluding holidays.

• Because all of our apothecary products are made in small batches, ​

         there may be times where the 'handling time' is a bit longer than normal.

         If this happens, we will contact you shortly after your order has been submitted

         to inform you of the anticipated  longer handling time.

• For small packages, most deliveries typically take

         2-5 business days via USPS First Class Package Service. 

• Larger and/or heavier packages typically take

         1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail Service. 

• Packages delivered via USPS Priority Mail Express Service

         are typically delivered next day.

• Third Eye Studio does not guarantee delivery times,

         as it is in the hands of USPS once your order has been processed and leaves the studio.
