lash services Policy

I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. 

All appointment confirmations are sent via text or email.

Please respect my time.

If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible and at least 24 hours prior to avoid a cancellation fee.

cancellations

A valid credit card is required to be on file by all clients to secure appointments. 

By booking any service with Third Eye Studio, you are agreeing to all policies and thereby authorizing Third Eye Studio

to charge your credit card per cancellation policy.

Any no call/no show or cancellation/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment

will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.​

Fees that are charged will not be applied towards any future services. 

More​ than two no call/no shows, last minute cancellations/rescheduling will result in client being ineligible for any future services.

late arrivals

Please be on time for your appointment to ensure sufficient time for the best quality results. 

A call/text to let me know that you're running behind is always appreciated.

If you are 30 minutes or more late and I haven't heard from you,

your appointment will be treated as a no call/no show and a service fee will be applied. 

If you are 30 minutes or more late and my schedule allows me to still service you,

please understand that we may not have an adequate amount of time to fully achieve desired results.

Health & safety

Third Eye Studio takes great pride in creating a safe, healthy & welcoming environment for everyone who enters this space.

In order to keep things that way, I strongly urge you to reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household is unwell

or has recently had any kind of contagious illness. If you must reschedule, please be sure to do so prior to 24 hours before

your scheduled appointment, so that you are not subject to a last minute cancellation/reschedule service fee.

The studio is thoroughly disinfected daily, tools are sanitized between every client & the space is free of negative energy.

For safety precautions, no additional guests are welcome at this time.

Sorry; no exceptions.
