returns or refunds are not accepted for any reason.

If you receive a damaged item, you must report damaged goods within 24 hours to receive a replacement.
In order to receive a replacement, you must take photos of the damaged box and/or damaged products
and email them email@example.com.
Please include photos, address, order number & brief description of what the damage is.
We will only replace clearly damaged items in your order, at our complete expense.
We will not provide refunds - just product replacement.
We will not replace any non-damaged items in the same order.
