Cancellation Policy

All cancellations/reschedules must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. A valid credit card is required to be on file by all clients to secure appointments. By booking any service with Third Eye Studio, you are agreeing to all policies and thereby authorizing Third Eye Studio to charge your credit card per cancellation policy. Any no call/no show or cancellation/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.​ More​ than two no call/no shows, last minute cancellations/rescheduling will result in client being ineligible for any future services. Please be on time for your appointment to ensure sufficient time for the best quality results. If you are 30 minutes or more late, your appointment will be treated as a no call/no show and a service fee will be applied.
